In Newly Created Role, Amy Hinzmann Joins Consilio as Managing Director of Client Experience

Washington D.C. – January 18, 2017 – Consilio, a global leader in eDiscovery, document review and legal consulting services, announced today that Amy Hinzmann has joined the firm in a newly created role as Managing Director of Client Experience. Hinzmann will report directly to Consilio’s Chief Revenue Officer, Jon Resnick, and will work closely with him to identify ways to continue providing excellent and consistent service for existing, as well as new clients.

On the heels of Consilio’s string of acquisitions over the last year and a half, including Backstop, Proven Legal Technologies, Huron Legal, and EQD, Hinzmann will focus on service integration, as well as maintaining and improving Consilio’s client experience and relationships.

“Alongside our aggressive growth strategy, Amy’s appointment demonstrates our ongoing commitment to maintaining our high standards of service excellence and strong client relationships consistently across all practices and geographic regions,” said Resnick. “It is only through this service excellence that our clients can continue to rely on our counsel and services on all types of high profile legal proceedings as well as government and regulatory investigations across jurisdictions.”

Hinzmann brings over 15 years of experience in the legal industry, with strong expertise in eDiscovery and building client relationships from a business and service standpoint. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President of Review Operations at DiscoverReady LLC, where she was responsible for managing client relationships and the firm’s managed review service offerings. Amy has also served as litigation counsel in the financial services industry as both an outside and in-house counsel, including her time as Vice President and Counsel at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, where she supervised outside counsel in customer arbitrations and litigation in the U.S. and Latin America.
