WASHINGTON, D.C., April 8, 2025 – Consilio, the global leader in legal technology solutions and enterprise legal services, announced today that it has been recognized by Comparably with the organization’s 2025 awards for Best Company Outlook, Best Company for Women, and Best Company for Diversity.

Winners of Comparably awards are determined based on a series of over 50 questions asked among employees in a 12-month period. Responses are assigned a rating and compared to companies of similar size.

The award for Best Company Outlook measures employee feedback regarding a company’s business outlook, including their confidence in the future success of the company and their investment in their company’s goals and mission.

“We take pride in the way our employees view Consilio’s vision and mission,” said Brandyn Payne, Chief Employee Experience Officer at Consilio. “It means a great deal to us that our teams feel confident in our values and are able to relay that confidence to our clients through the experience we give them.”

This is the second time Consilio has won Comparably’s awards for Best Company for Women and Best Company for Diversity, having previously won both in 2022. These awards were measured through questions around compensation, career growth, leadership, and work environment.

“It’s always an honor to be recognized for our efforts to prioritize a positive employee experience for all of our team members around the globe,” said Maureen O’Neill, Senior Vice President, Strategic Client Experience and DEI Officer at Consilio. “Every year we make an intentional effort to introspectively analyze how we can provide the best possible experience for our employees, with opportunities for everyone to thrive, and awards like these illustrate the progress we have made.”
