Andy Macdonald is CEO of Consilio where he is responsible for all strategic and operational initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and grow the business. Andy holds more than 20 years of executive experience across many industries and functional disciplines.
Prior to Consilio, Andy was a founding member of First Advantage Corporation’s management team and from 2003 – 2011 served in many capacities at the company, most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was with The First American Corporation as President, Occupational Health Services. Andy joined First American in 2002 through the acquisition of Bethesda, MD-based Employee Health Programs, where he was President and CEO.

Meredith Kildow is an accomplished operations and sales executive with more than 25 years of experience across multiple industries. Her areas of expertise include expanding go-to-market strategies and bringing effective sales teams together through both organic and inorganic growth. Meredith is a champion of combining data-driven approaches with an emphasis on people, culture, and transformation to grow motivated, balanced business development teams.
As President, Meredith is focused on driving excellence in Consilio’s combined commercial business lines, including revenue, account management, and operational delivery across our global client base.
Prior to joining Consilio, Meredith was the Head of Global Sales Operations at Huron Legal and led operations at Hitachi Consulting.

Raj Chandrasekar is Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of Consilio where he oversees Consilio’s technology and innovation functions – merging Development and Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Product Management, Business Intelligence, and Corporate Services functions. In his role, Raj frequently interfaces with clients to understand and accommodate processing, security and uptime needs and is also responsible for the day-to-day operations along with day-to-day operations of our industry-leading eDiscovery and legal industry software solutions.
He joined Consilio from First Advantage, where he held the position of Chief Information Officer. Raj has over 25 years of experience in the field of Software Development and Infrastructure Management and has held technology leadership positions in various large corporations.
Raj lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two kids.
Michael Flanagan is General Counsel for Consilio. Prior to joining the company, Mike spent more than 20 years with Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in Washington, D.C., the last 11 as a partner. In that role he counseled public and private companies on a broad range of legal matters, including the resolution of commercial disputes, the negotiation of corporate transactions and various compliance issues.
Mike was a founding member and a co-chair of the firm’s Electronic Data Discovery Initiative and Information Law Practice Group. In addition to his responsibilities as General Counsel, Mike writes and speaks regularly on eDiscovery issues.

Prior to joining Consilio, Brandyn served as Chief HR Officer for HCTec, a healthcare technology services firm, and as VP of Global Talent for Sitel Worldwide, a leading business process outsourcer with operations in 24 countries. She has supported People, executive leadership strategies, and product development strategies across a variety of industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, technology and services. Brandyn resides in Nashville, Tennessee.

Emron Pratt joined Consilio in 2024 as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer where he is responsible for long-term vision, M&A, strategic planning and the acceleration of transformative, cross-functional initiatives.
Prior to Consilio, Emron spent 19 years as a management consultant with Bain & Company where he was a founding member of the firm's Mexico City and Washington DC offices. While at Bain, Emron led transformation programs for large multi-national clients across several industry sectors with particular emphasis on complex and evolving go-to-market landscapes. Emron's direct client service spanned 30 countries across the Americas , Europe, Africa and Asia.
Emron joined Bain after earning an MBA from The Wharton School. He currently lives in Orlando with his wife and three children.

Danielle V. Brooks is a Director in Consilio’s Global Revenue Organization supporting the Financial Services Vertical. In her role as the vertical’s chief of staff, she coordinates and helps drive multiple knowledge sharing initiatives to include exclusive client-centered events and monthly communications that keep our clients informed on the latest developments in both their industry and ours. She also provides relationship management and team coordination across thousands of eDiscovery and document review matters. In addition to her main responsibilities, Danielle is an active member of the Client Experience and Diversity and Inclusion leadership committees. Oliver Bücken is a Regional Director in Germany for Consilio, a global leader in eDiscovery, document review, and legal consulting services.
Oliver’s role is to consult clients in Germany and provide guidance through challenging scenarios. Oliver draws on his experience working for Relativity, providing guidance on complex & often multi-jurisdictional matters. With a background in Consultancy, he works with clients to develop processes that match the German requirements in matters involving the collection, processing, and review of large amounts of email and other electronic data.

Megan has over 15 years of experience in the eDiscovery industry.
In her role as a Senior Director in the Strategic Client Solutions team, Megan provides a central point of contact for client support, reporting and relationship management. In addition, she helps manage product and services costs by providing expert advice and assistance, tailoring Consilio’s processes and identifying efficiencies and enforcing client quality standards against all projects. Megan supports some of the world’s largest financial institutions, pharmaceutical and insurance companies.
Prior to joining Consilio in December of 2019, Megan spent four years at Morgan Lewis Bockius LLP as an Associate in the eData Practice Group, partnering with in-house legal, IT and records management teams, as well as outside technology vendors, to provide start-to-finish litigation management.

Katie is a senior eDiscovery Counsel and Regional Vice President at Consilio. She has extensive experience assisting corporate legal departments and law firms with eDiscovery and needs that arise from complex litigation. She has resided in the legal tech industry for over a decade, assisting clients with solutions at the crossroads of legal and tech. Prior to joining Consilio, Katie led and help build the managed review practice as Director of Delivery at Special Counsel. She frequently managed matters that obtained significant data volumes and conducted complex reviews of 100+ attorneys. Katie is the founder of the Women in eDiscovery – Miami chapter and remains on the board. Before entering the practice of law, she worked at France’s largest national bank, BNP Paribas in New York City structuring products and alternative investments in the equity derivatives department. Katie is fluent in Spanish, is a University of Florida graduate, and a Pennsylvania State University School of Law alum.

Xavier Diokno is a Senior Vice President at Consilio, a global leader in eDiscovery, document review and legal consulting services.
Xavier Diokno has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Southern Illinois University, a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a juris doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law. He is licensed to practice in the state of Illinois and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Xavier worked in the information technology industry for ten years in database administration and software development. For more than a decade, Xavier was part of Consilio’s Data Analytics group, where he oversaw the team’s tripling in size, as well as numerous large-scale projects involving Technology Assisted Review, Immediate Case Assessments™, and novel analytics research. Xavier now applies his technical and legal experience to overseeing Consilio’s Innovation initiatives, including researching new technologies like artificial intelligence and developing their application to legal services.

With over 17 years of experience in the legal technology and legal services, Nathan has supported clients across the UK, USA and for the past 9 years, Hong Kong. As a Regional Director, Nathan has worked with many of the world’s top corporations and law firms, he has a wealth experience leading and building regional teams in addition to advising clients on all aspects of the eDiscovery workflow, including data collection, digital forensics, data processing/analytics, and document review.
Nathan has a track record in dealing with cross-border matters and well-versed in the unique challenges that arise when conducting multi-jurisdictional eDiscovery. As the Global Head of Cyber Response Solutions and senior member of Consilio’s Client Services team, James focuses on helping clients and their counsel develop and implement effective strategies when impacted by data privacy and cyber incidents.
With 15+ years of legal, eDiscovery, and cyber response experience, James has consulted on and managed highly complex engagements for clients across a range of industries including the financial, insurance, and technology sectors. As the Global Head for Consilio’s Cyber Response service offering, James uses this expertise to assist clients impacted by a range of privacy and cyber incidents including Business Email Compromise, Ransomware, and Data Exfiltration. Working hand in hand with clients, their breach counsel, and cyber forensic firms, James and his team offer clients a range of services when responding to an incident including data collection and hosting, analytics-driven data mining, document review, and notification report generation. James’ team leverages Consilio’s global footprint, allowing the team to provide services in jurisdictions across the world while ensuring clients are complying with local privacy regulations.
Additionally, James is an adjunct professor at Wake Forest University School of Law where he teaches a course on Electronic Discovery. He is also a frequent speaker and panel moderator on topics relating to data privacy, cyber incident response, and eDiscovery.
James received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Business Administration and his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston Salem, NC. He is based in North Carolina and has maintained an active license to practice law there since 2007.

Kimberly Lerman is a Talent Manager of Lawyers On Demand, a Consilio company. She helps to match attorneys with clients who have needs for contract attorney assistance in a variety of different types of positions at law firms, corporate legal departments, and government agencies.
Prior to the start of her career in recruiting in 2015, Kimberly spent 15 years practicing law in Atlanta, and she was involved in hiring attorneys throughout that time. In her last legal role, she served as Vice President & Associate General Counsel for a large company in Atlanta. In addition to seven years of in-house experience, Kimberly also worked as a litigation associate at local law firms, including several years at both King & Spalding and Eversheds Sutherland. Throughout her law firm tenure, Kimberly was involved with interviewing law students and lawyers at job fairs, on-campus interviews, and onsite interviews. She also was a member of the Hiring Committee at Eversheds Sutherland from 2005 – 2007.
Kimberly currently serves as Co-Chair of the Duke Atlanta Women’s Forum and is a Member of the Duke Law Atlanta Board. She also volunteers with Emory Career Connections as a speaker and a mentor for current Emory students considering a career in law. When not working or volunteering her time, Kimberly enjoys swimming, biking, and running, having completed 21 Ironman® triathlons. She is also an avid scuba diver and enjoys standup paddleboarding, hiking, nature photography (including underwater photography), yoga, and cooking.

Kamaka has expertise in Technology Assisted Review, advanced analytics and has been instrumental in the development of workflows that utilize core predictive analytics features. Kamaka graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lafayette College with a B.A. in History and Government and Law with Honors in 2004. Peter leads Consilio’s Financial Services Vertical (FSV) focusing on managing the business relationship with multinational financial services clients. Under his leadership, Consilio has built its practice to support all 15 of the top 15 global investment banks and over 100 other financial services firms.
Peter conceived Consilio’s Financial Services Vertical to facilitate knowledge sharing and process continuity across global financial institutions that are subject to a comparable regulatory framework and litigation exposure. Today, the FSV is actively supporting the largest global investment banks across North America, Europe, India, China, and Japan. The confluence of regulatory requirements, data systems, encryption standards, and information security considerations expose the industry to a unique set of challenges that have consistent themes across financial institutions. Further, the global nature of these organizations brings in data privacy, secrecy, and other regional considerations.
Peter’s objective is for the FSV to aggregate and distribute the value of Consilio’s collective expertise supporting these clients’ over 50,000+ engagements and bring to bear actionable intelligence and best practices in the engagements we are supporting today and into the future. Zach Pope is a seasoned Business Development veteran in the legal consulting and document discovery space, supporting his clients for over 20 years. His responsibilities include working with corporate legal, legal operations and IT departments and their outside counsel to provide the most cost effective and efficient solutions when faced with a government investigation, internal investigation or litigation matter. Having worked on some of the largest or highest profile matters in the last decade, he uses his experience to guide his clients through complex matters with tremendous outcomes.
His experience spans across the EDRM, including Information Governance, data forensics and collection, data analytics, processing, document review and production. Zach has consulted with companies and law firms across the country in numerous sectors including: Energy, Petrochemicals, Technology, Telecommunications, Construction, Real Estate, Airline and Healthcare.

Patty Wise provides executive oversight to Consilio’s flexible talent business unit, where she is responsible for driving organic growth and architecting bespoke flexible legal talent programs to help clients solve unique legal challenges. Prior to joining Consilio, Patty practiced law with Troutman Sanders in Atlanta and Kennedy Covington in Charlotte (now K&L Gates). She holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University, where she was awarded the Junius L. Allison Award, given for the most significant contribution to the Legal Aid Society, and a B.A. from Emory University.
