Veteran Financial Leader Brings Deep Financial and Operational Expertise to Consilio
WASHINGTON, D.C., January 23, 2025 – Consilio, the global leader in legal technology solutions and enterprise legal services, today announced the appointment of Todd Herndon as Chief Financial Officer. Todd brings over 30 years of experience growing, acquiring and improving the operational performance of global industrial and consumer-based manufacturing businesses. In his role, Todd will work directly with Consilio's leadership team to drive growth, enhance profitability and support the firm’s continued growth within the evolving legal services market.

Todd has extensive private equity experience, working with firms such as KKR, CD&R and Bain Capital throughout his career. He has successfully led private equity investments as an operational CFO, driving transformation at large, global companies. Early in his career, he also ran full P&Ls as General Manager of a $400M business.
