WASHINGTON, D.C. – March 1, 2013 Consilio, a Symphony Technology Group (STG) company and global leader in eDiscovery software and services, today announced that Dale Bowen has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.

Bowen brings more than 18 years of corporate finance experience to the company. Prior to joining Consilio, he was vice president of finance and treasurer for GridPoint, a provider of energy management services to Fortune 500 companies, where he helped to grow the company from a startup. He has also served as corporate controller for ATPCO, an international clearinghouse of fare data for 450 worldwide airlines, and as director of finance for Ceridian, where he helped launch their retirement plan services business. Bowen earned his master’s degree in financial economics from American University and his bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Utah. He is a licensed CPA.

“We are excited to have Dale join our management team,” said Andy Macdonald, Chief Executive Officer of Consilio. “His technology and business services experience is a great fit for Consilio and will support the strong foundation we have built to scale our business.”

Today’s announcement follows several important developments at the company, including the name change to Consilio from First Advantage Litigation Consulting, which reinforces the company’s focus on providing creative, flexible solutions to clients’ global eDiscovery challenges. The company also recently announced other additions to its executive leadership team, key technology enhancements and the opening of offices and managed review centers throughout the world. In addition, Consilio launched a new website, Twitter feed, and LinkedIn page, all designed to provide easier access to industry insights and company information.
