Kamaka Martin, Esq. is the Senior Vice President of US Client Services at Consilio. Kamaka has over 18 years of legal consultation experience and has worked with several Fortune 500 corporations advising on best practices when using software as a service, artificial intelligence and bespoke managed services offerings to manage complex litigation. Kamaka has expertise in Technology Assisted Review, advanced analytics and has been instrumental in the development of workflows that utilize core predictive analytics features. Kamaka also speaks regularly about inclusion and diversity in the legal industry and the importance of fostering an equitable environment for professionals and clients to thrive. Kamaka graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lafayette College with a B.A. in History and Government and Law with Honors in 2004. She also received her J.D. from the University of Melbourne while living abroad in Australia.

Jason Perkins is a regional director and co-lead of the government investigations vertical in Washington, D.C. He is a native Washingtonian with more than a decade of successful business development experience in eDiscovery.
Jason focuses his time creating and advancing relationships with both corporate legal departments and Am LAW200 firms. Jason always puts the client and the solution first and is committed to delivering service excellence.
Jason Perkins helps clients by understanding their data and review driven challenges, identifying possible solutions, and relating them in a clear and well understood value for all his clients' matters.
In 2023, Jason was asked to co-lead and develop Consilio’s government investigations vertical with an emphasis on both Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) pre-merger notification reviews. He aims to align and drive synergy with delivery of solutions powered by knowledge and experience.
Jason is husband to his wife and father to two young girls and one son. He is also a proud graduate of the University of Maryland. He enjoys time on the water, golf, cooking and gardening with his family.

Ellen manages relationships with several global strategicaccounts, seeking opportunities to maximize efficiency and minimize risk throughintentional adoption of technologies, services, and workflows. She partners with our client’s legal,procurement and legal operations departments to ensure legal, operational,budgetary goals are scoped and achieved.
She has experience managing the eDiscovery operations ofboth large and small corporations, which helps her assess and solve ourclients’ challenges. Ellen specializes in fostering relationships with both ourcorporate and law firm partners to achieve cost-effective, defensible, andconsistent results.
Prior to joining the Strategic Client Solutions team, Ellenserved as a project manager and operational account manager within Consilio, overseeingthe day-to-day team management and workflow operations, while developing andimplementing account-level initiatives.
Ellen is licensed to practice law in the stateof North Carolina and has extensive hands-on technical experience administeringa variety of review, analytics, archiving and case management platforms, aswell as numerous collaboration tools including Microsoft 365.

Patty Wise provides executive oversight to Consilio’s flexible talent business unit, where she is responsible for driving organic growth and architecting bespoke flexible legal talent programs to help clients solve unique legal challenges. Since 2008, she has partnered with Consilio clients to provide the right legal talent to build resilient legal organizations across industries, practice areas, and geographies. Prior to joining Consilio, Patty practiced law with Troutman Sanders in Atlanta and Kennedy Covington in Charlotte (now K&L Gates). She holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University, where she was awarded the Junius L. Allison Award, given for the most significant contribution to the Legal Aid Society, and a B.A. from Emory University.
