Consilio Wins 2024 Comparably Awards for Best CEO and Best Company Culture
WASHINGTON, D.C., December 19, 2024 – Consilio, the global leader in legal technology solutions and enterprise legal services, announced today that it has been recognized by Comparably with awards for Best CEO and Best Company Culture.
The winners of the Comparably awards for Best CEO and Best Company Culture are determined based on anonymous feedback from current employees, collected between November 2023 and November 2024. For the Best CEO award, employees were asked to provide feedback and approval ratings for their chief executive officer, Andy Macdonald. For the Best Company Culture award, employees were asked to evaluate core metrics that contribute to a positive workplace culture, including the CEO, executive team, managers, career growth, compensation, perks, benefits, work environment, eNPS, company outlook, retention, happiness, and work-life balance.
“We set a high bar for culture at Consilio, and our teams constantly surpass it with their creativity, collaboration, and support for each other,” said Brandyn Payne, Chief Employee Experience Officer at Consilio. “Our ability to deepen client relationships is directly related to how employees feel about the company they’ve created together and their trust and commitment to each other. Our CEO, Andy Macdonald, sets the tone with his leadership, and our management teams reinforce these behaviors in ways big and small. It’s part of our DNA at Consilio and I’m proud to see the team receive this well-deserved recognition.”
Consilio’s 2023 acquisition of Lawyers On Demand (LOD) and SYKE, two brands with deep roots in the UK and Australia, required a thoughtful approach to integrating company cultures across an increasingly global footprint. The company has addressed this by prioritizing initiatives that connect employees of diverse backgrounds and foster a unified environment – for example, by making sure all employees are aware of and educated on initiatives that their colleagues support across the globe, or highlighting global team accomplishments through programs like Consilio’s Constellation employee recognition awards.
