WASHINGTON, D.C. – February 28, 2024 – Consilio today announced it has been Certified™ by Great Place To Work® in India. Great Place to Work® is a global authority on workplace culture whose certification process is based on an employee survey platform which aims to capture, analyze, and understand the experiences of all employees. For an organization to receive a certification, 70% or more of employee respondents must rate it as a great workplace.

Consilio first established an India-based operations team in 2016 to support its increasingly global client base as part of its “follow-the-sun” service experience. It expanded on its India-based capabilities in 2022 with the launch of three new facilities and a large hiring campaign in the country. Over the last year, headcount growth has reached 918 employees.

“We are thrilled to be recognized by Great Place to Work which acknowledges our continued commitment to a strong workplace culture and fostering a positive employee experience,” said Brandyn Payne, Chief Employee Experience Officer at Consilio. “Around the globe, our team has continued to make investments in our corporate culture, professional development, and employee affinity groups. This award recognizes that our employees value these ongoing efforts, and we couldn’t be prouder.”

Over the past few years, Consilio has worked to enhance its employee experience through a 360-degree approach to rewards including competitive pay and health and welfare benefits as well as job growth initiatives such as the Consilio Leadership Academy (CLA), a 12-month leadership development program for high-potential leaders, and mentorship programs.

“We have continued our investments in fostering high-quality talent in strategic geographies in India including Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad, so we can continue to scale our proven global service delivery model and meet our clients’ evolving needs. This approach benefits both our clients and employees alike,” said Vaishnavi Prasad, Senior Vice President, India Administration & Business Operations at Consilio.
