Background:

I started with LOD’s legacy business shortly after conception in a completely new People and Talent role, growing the business within Sydney & Melbourne and shortly after starting our Asia offices. When the business joined LOD in 2016 I moved across to spearhead the marketing & communications efforts across Australia, Asia and the Middle East. My role has now seemed to come full circle – my current title is ‘Head of Business Operations’ and essentially, I am accountable for the People & Culture (Employee Experience), Marketing, Communications and Operations functions.

Joining Consilio:

I’m most excited about taking our success to the next level and doing it with a bunch of like-minded colleagues in the US!

What do you find most fulfilling about your role?

I sometimes feel I need to defend my tenure, but I have stayed with the business not only because of the incredible people I work with across the globe, but because every year has been completely different. I love the variety and ability to work across different functions both regionally and globally, as well as making a real impact on the business, our culture, and the way we go to market. I feel very fortunate to have an incredible team of people I work with who are passionate about what we do and who love to have fun along the way.

A fun fact about you:

In my teenage years I was a cheerleader for the Australian National Rugby League Team ‘South Sydney Rabbitohs’.
