Andy Macdonald is CEO of Consilio where he is responsible for all strategic and operational initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and grow the business. Andy holds more than 20 years of executive experience across many industries and functional disciplines.
Prior to Consilio, Andy was a founding member of First Advantage Corporation’s management team and from 2003 – 2011 served in many capacities at the company, most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was with The First American Corporation as President, Occupational Health Services. Andy joined First American in 2002 through the acquisition of Bethesda, MD-based Employee Health Programs, where he was President and CEO.
Andy lives in Washington, DC with his wife and three children.

Meredith Kildow is an accomplished operations and sales executive with more than 25 years of experience across multiple industries. Her areas of expertise include expanding go-to-market strategies and bringing effective sales teams together through both organic and inorganic growth. Meredith is a champion of combining data-driven approaches with an emphasis on people, culture, and transformation to grow motivated, balanced business development teams.
As President, Meredith is focused on driving excellence in Consilio’s combined commercial business lines, including revenue, account management, and operational delivery across our global client base.
Prior to joining Consilio, Meredith was the Head of Global Sales Operations at Huron Legal and led operations at Hitachi Consulting.

Raj Chandrasekar is Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of Consilio where he oversees Consilio’s technology and innovation functions – merging Development and Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Product Management, Business Intelligence, and Corporate Services functions. In his role, Raj frequently interfaces with clients to understand and accommodate processing, security and uptime needs and is also responsible for the day-to-day operations along with day-to-day operations of our industry-leading eDiscovery and legal industry software solutions.
He joined Consilio from First Advantage, where he held the position of Chief Information Officer. Raj has over 25 years of experience in the field of Software Development and Infrastructure Management and has held technology leadership positions in various large corporations.
Raj lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two kids.

Michael Flanagan is General Counsel for Consilio. Prior to joining the company, Mike spent more than 20 years with Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in Washington, D.C., the last 11 as a partner. In that role he counseled public and private companies on a broad range of legal matters, including the resolution of commercial disputes, the negotiation of corporate transactions and various compliance issues.
Mike was a founding member and a co-chair of the firm’s Electronic Data Discovery Initiative and Information Law Practice Group. In addition to his responsibilities as General Counsel, Mike writes and speaks regularly on eDiscovery issues.

John Hale is Chief Marketing Officer for Consilio, focused on cultivating customer connections to drive impact for Consilio and our clients. He is an accomplished and versatile business leader with over 20 years of progressive success identifying, developing, and commercializing B2B and B2C technology-based solutions across complex industries.
John is passionate about building teams that deliver growth by connecting data, technology and storytelling.
John’s leadership journey has included leading performance marketing globally for Fortune 500 staffing firm Kelly Services, consumer relationship marketing for Microsoft Office 365, and enterprise business planning for Microsoft Azure.
John lives in Dallas, TX with his wife and two children.
As Cheif Finacial Officer Todd’s experience will help Consilio continue on it's historical organic and inorganic growth path, margin enhancement, and operational enhancement initiatives and capital deployment strategy.
Todd has a 30+ year track record of successfully growing, acquiring and improving the operational performance of global Industrial and Consumer based manufacturing businesses, including Diversey (now Solenis), Gardner Denver (now Ingersol Rand), and Capital Safety. He started his career with SC Johnson and Son, Inc.
Over his career, Todd’s contributions have led to investor outcomes consistently delivering multiples of invested capital (MOIC’s) of significance as an outcome of a focus on driving organic growth, M&A, and margin enhancement in all transactions he has been involved with.
Todd holds an MBA from Marquette University and a BS in Finance from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Prior to joining Consilio, Katie led and help build the managed review practice as Director of Delivery at Special Counsel. She frequently managed matters that obtained significant data volumes and conducted complex reviews of 100+ attorneys. Katie is the founder of the Women in eDiscovery – Miami chapter and remains on the board. Before entering the practice of law, she worked at France’s largest national bank, BNP Paribas in New York City structuring products and alternative investments in the equity derivatives department. Katie is fluent in Spanish, is a University of Florida graduate, and a Pennsylvania State University School of Law alum.

James has been with Consilio since 2016 and is a Senior Director in the Digital Forensics and Expert Services (DFES) group. James’ role at Consilio involves the leadership and oversight of the Chicago and Mid-Atlantic/D.C digital forensic and eDiscovery teams, creation and monitoring compliance of defensible processes and procedures relating to digital forensics and eDiscovery, managing high profile and/or highly complex collections for litigation matters, supervising forensic analysis and examinations, and providing expert services via testimony or consulting. James is actively involved with our CLE and speaking programs and conducts training for internal and external clients.
James began his career in the Digital Forensics space in 2003, while working at the Avis Budget Group. There, he learned to forensically image various types of media and equipment, and working with the Human Resources and Legal partners, conduct internal employee investigations. James grew the role to include internal eDiscovery efforts and helped create and shape internal policies and best practices. James worked on dozens of investigations while working for Avis and partnered with local and federal law enforcement agencies when necessary to provide evidence and investigation history. James worked in this role until 2011.
In 2011 James joined the parent company of Lexis Nexus, Reed Elsevier, as the “Senior eDiscovery IT Liaison”. His role here was to facilitate eDiscovery requests by creating partnerships within the various organizations and business units of Reed Elsevier, use his forensic skillset to aid in unauthorized access or “breach” events, and perform internal investigation work as directed by the Global Compliance team.
In addition to his day-to-day work, James also presents CLE classes and webinars on behalf of Consilio covering a variety of eDiscovery and forensic topics.

Xavier Diokno is a Senior Vice President at Consilio, a global leader in eDiscovery, document review and legal consulting services.
Xavier Diokno has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Southern Illinois University, a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a juris doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law. He is licensed to practice in the state of Illinois and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Xavier worked in the information technology industry for ten years in database administration and software development. For more than a decade, Xavier was part of Consilio’s Data Analytics group, where he oversaw the team’s tripling in size, as well as numerous large-scale projects involving Technology Assisted Review, Immediate Case Assessments™, and novel analytics research. Xavier now applies his technical and legal experience to overseeing Consilio’s Innovation initiatives, including researching new technologies like artificial intelligence and developing their application to legal services.

Andrew is a Senior Director in the Legal Operations Consulting/Law Department Management team, helping in-house legal teams improve their efficiency and performance. He focuses on strategy, organisational design, change management and the selection and implementation of legal technologies.
Andrew was a founder member of the Banking Legal Technology (“BLT”) group, the Legal IT Innovators Group (“LITIG”) and the “KMIT” in-house legal group and is an active member of the Knowledge Management Committee of the Society for Computers and Law. Having worked closely with the LEDES Oversite Committee (“LOC”) to produce the international version of their eBilling standard and pioneer the use of matter management and eBilling in the UK, he is on the Board of the LOC. Andrew is also currently on the Advisory Board of the Association of Corporate Counsel ("ACC") Europe Legal Operations Group and has been on the judging panel for a number of legal awards.

Isabel joined Consilio as part of the inaugural CSAP class and joined Consilio because of the growth in the industry and the company culture Consilio has achieved. Isabel also has a background in building client relationships and saw that her talents could be used in the legal services space.
Before Consilio, Isabel worked for a staffing firm building and maintaining client relationships and recruiting talent for a variety of industries. Isabel also went to the University of Alabama where she obtained her M.B.A. focusing in strategy. While in graduate school Isabel was an instructor for the university teaching a business communication course to undergraduate business students.
Currently, Isabel is working in the ELS rotation of the CSAP program prospecting for whitespace and dormant accounts to educate clients on LOD, a Consilio company and the advantages that come along with using flexible legal talent within corporations.

For the past 12 years, Jane has successfully worked with corporate in-house legal departments and law firms to design and implement legally defensible and cost-effective processes for collection, processing, managed review review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) utilizing AI technology. With 15+ years of legal, eDiscovery, and cyber response experience, James has consulted on and managed highly complex engagements for clients across a range of industries including the financial, insurance, and technology sectors. As the Global Head for Consilio’s Cyber Response service offering, James uses this expertise to assist clients impacted by a range of privacy and cyber incidents including Business Email Compromise, Ransomware, and Data Exfiltration. Working hand in hand with clients, their breach counsel, and cyber forensic firms, James and his team offer clients a range of services when responding to an incident including data collection and hosting, analytics-driven data mining, document review, and notification report generation. James’ team leverages Consilio’s global footprint, allowing the team to provide services in jurisdictions across the world while ensuring clients are complying with local privacy regulations.
Additionally, James is an adjunct professor at Wake Forest University School of Law where he teaches a course on Electronic Discovery. He is also a frequent speaker and panel moderator on topics relating to data privacy, cyber incident response, and eDiscovery.

Susan L. Marin, CRM/CIGO, PMP is a Senior Consulting Manager and is part of Consilio’s Advisory Services team. Susan has 22 years of litigation, information governance, records management, and legal hold experience.
As a subject matter expert in records and information governance, Susan is committed to helping clients understand the importance of proper data governance. Along with the development of strategic records and information governance programs, Susan collaborates with clients to ensure her work will not only meet but exceed her client’s needs and expectations.
Prior to joining Consilio, Susan served as Vice President and Corporate Information Manager for a national bank where Susan developed a records and information management program from the initial phase to a maturity level where retention event-based and non-event-based labels and policies were implemented in Microsoft 365 for Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. As part of the policy development process, Susan utilized stakeholder interviews to understand the business and technical requirements to implement appropriate risk and legal avoidance strategies. Susan also onboarded and managed the implementation of a third-party application to ensure the corporate retention schedule had real-time, attorney reviewed citations for legal and regulatory requirements. Susan also led many projects to reduce the bank’s legal and financial risks including working with the records coordinators to remediate hard copy and digital records.
From working with stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements to participation in the request for proposal and final vendor selection phases, Susan uses her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to assist with the implementation of legal matter management, legal hold, and document management systems.
With expertise in the use of change management techniques and a foundation of corporate records and information management experience, Susan advised and counseled a Michigan non-profit organization in the creation of their information governance procedures and processes to establish a legal, defensible, and repeatable process. This engagement included tasks such as the development of surveys/questionnaires for the data owners, creation of their information and records management policies and procedures, and updates to other policies with record and information management implications.

Peter leads Consilio’s Financial Services Vertical (FSV) focusing on managing the business relationship with multinational financial services clients. Under his leadership, Consilio has built its practice to support all 15 of the top 15 global investment banks and over 100 other financial services firms.
Peter conceived Consilio’s Financial Services Vertical to facilitate knowledge sharing and process continuity across global financial institutions that are subject to a comparable regulatory framework and litigation exposure. Today, the FSV is actively supporting the largest global investment banks across North America, Europe, India, China, and Japan. The confluence of regulatory requirements, data systems, encryption standards, and information security considerations expose the industry to a unique set of challenges that have consistent themes across financial institutions. Further, the global nature of these organizations brings in data privacy, secrecy, and other regional considerations.
Peter’s objective is for the FSV to aggregate and distribute the value of Consilio’s collective expertise supporting these clients’ over 50,000+ engagements and bring to bear actionable intelligence and best practices in the engagements we are supporting today and into the future. Prior to joining Consilio, Maureen was a partner at Paul Hastings LLP, where she represented Fortune 100 and other multinational companies in complex employment litigation, including class and collective actions. Maureen also co-chaired the Firm’s E-Discovery Practice Group. In that role, she advised clients on various e-discovery issues, such as identifying and inventorying sources of electronic information, drafting legal hold notices, and developing protocols for document collection, storage, and management. She also consulted internally with attorneys at the Firm on e-discovery issues, and helped develop best practices for litigators engaged in e-discovery.

Effie Sahihi is Vice President, US Managed Review at Consilio, a global legal services firm. In this role, Effie plans, implements, and supports large-scale eDiscovery projects for corporate clients and law firms. Her expertise includes class actions, large scale multi-jurisdictional litigations and regulatory investigations in the financial, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, legislative, transportation and other sectors. Effie also trains attorneys globally on eDiscovery platforms, processes and protocols. An expert on electronic document review in large-scale litigation, she works with attorneys and clients to design and tailor eDiscovery processes and practices to meet their specific needs.
