Washington D.C. – June 10, 2020 – Consilio, a global leader in eDiscovery, document review, risk management and legal consulting services, announces the appointment of Tim Yost as chief financial officer. Yost succeeds Dale Bowen in this role.

Yost joins Consilio from Axiom, where he has served as chief financial officer since 2016. Yost brings more than 25 years of corporate finance experience to the company. He has also served as CFO at both Clark Construction and Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner) prior to joining Axiom. Yost earned his master’s degree from George Washington University and his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.

“Consilio has evolved significantly in the last ten years following a number of strategic acquisitions that vastly expanded our capabilities, expertise across industry verticals and international presence,” said Andy Macdonald, chief executive officer at Consilio. “This news comes on the heels of launching our new brand platform, Consilio Complete, reflecting a comprehensive integration process that crystalized our company’s full suite of differentiated solutions that help our clients achieve their goals. At this point in our history, I couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Tim aboard as we continue to expand our global footprint.”

“I look forward to helping guide organizational strategy at Consilio and working alongside my colleagues to ensure the company continues to build on its track record of global growth,” said Yost.
