Webinar - Socially Distanced Litigation Management Practices
A panel of Litigation Management professionals discuss “The Wilson Elser Study”, a study commissioned by the law firm to explore how claims and litigation executives feel about the virtual litigation management practices developed during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Commissioned by the Wilson Elser law firm, we captured how claims and litigation executives feel about the virtual litigation management practices developed during the Covid-19 pandemic. Virtual depositions, virtual settlement conferences, virtual meetings with claims professionals – so many litigation management activities are now being conducted virtually. Are these practices saving money? Are they here to stay? Will things revert to the way things were before? Will claims organizations mandate that certain law firm activities remain virtual? Data capture for this Study was conducted in August and September of 2021. The report of findings, which can be accessed here, was released in October of 2021.
