WASHINGTON, D.C. – December 19, 2023 – Consilio, the global leader in legal technology solutions and enterprise legal services, today announced the company was recognized by Comparably as a winner of the award for Best Company Culture. The award is based on sentiment ratings of 16 different core culture metrics provided by current employees. Consilio won the Best Company for Happiness award from Comparably in 2022.

Winners of the Comparably award for Best Company Culture are based on anonymous feedback submitted by employees between November 2022 and November 2023. Current employees are asked to rate several factors including compensation, work-life balance, and leadership, as well as career growth, perks, and benefits.

“We are proud to be recognized by Comparably for our ongoing commitment to fostering a strong company culture,” said Brandyn Payne, Consilio’s Chief Employee Experience Officer. “Corporate culture is critical to creating a positive, productive, and sustainable work environment. Positive employee experiences create positive client experiences, which are essential to our brand promise for our customers globally.”

Over the last year, Consilio has continued to foster its culture model, True North, which ensures employees, clients, and the business are all driven by the company’s core values, including excellence, agility, passion, vision, collaboration, and people. The model outlines the behavior that is expected, valued, and rewarded at Consilio.

In 2023, Consilio continued to enhance and invest in culture-oriented initiatives. It launched several new D&I efforts, invested in expanded diverse talent recruitment and development resources, appointed two program leaders to support Diversity and Inclusion Officer Maureen O’Neill, and launched extended programming for a wide network of Employee Affinity Groups.
